Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on modality that uses light contact at specific points along the spine to support the body’s natural ability to release stress and restore ease. Neurogenic Yoga

Derived from TRE (Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises) Neurogenic Yoga is a gentle movement and breath-based practice that supports the body’s natural stress-release mechanisms. Slow, supportive postures prepare the body for neurogenic tremoring, which can help release deeply held tension and restore nervous system balance.

This practice emphasizes awareness, safety, and self-regulation rather than performance or effort.
